Buying an '04+ R1 would be even easier.

I understand that an R1 would be faster as would a busa, but im working with 600cc and i do understand that FI would be alittle easier but im just looking into this to see how much it would cost versus selling the bike i have and buying an 03...

Have you looked at the carbs? They're not like car carbs, they have butterflies and slides in the carb.

Why not buy another brand FI bike? They weren't all 03 up

It's not impossible but with the carbs being slide carbs there's gonna be a lot of work involved

You'll likely wind up spending more money, time, and going slower.
EDIT - just saying that because there seems to be very few who have gone through this with that bike. Good luck :D

Lots of turbo items and technical knowledge/support are available for Suzuki liter bikes.

There is a shop in Houston you might want to call, Mister Turbo, 281 442 7113. They are responsible for a street legal, street driven, streetable Busa that's run 260 mph in a standing mile.
