Thanks Mike, I thought I was going to be the only one envious of the ronald mcdonald schemed falcon.

that looks amazing for the cost, lots of hrs but it would be worth it. Especially on my fullsize jimmy that's got a cheapo job on it right now. He didn't say anything about prepping it though, wonder how much sanding it would take? Any ideas on prep?

Add $100 and take it to Maaco unless your time is worth $.25 cents an hour.

I have a friend back in Memphis that did that to his spare Honda and it turned out great. From everything that I have read from multiple experiences it lasts a while and is much more durable. Although you are limited to the colors they offer, they do offer a wide selection.

Reminds me of the old Earl Schieb commercials...
"I'll paint any car for a hundred dollas" (sounding drunk off his ass...LOL)
Problem was, they wouldn't mask anything...and the paint would never cure...you could pull it off in sheets...
LOL.. I have done the rustoleum paint job, but we sprayed it. It is supposed to hold up really well, its more of an industrial paint for mailboxes and tractors. We painted my buddies 79 monte carlo hunter green. For just painting it in the garage without prepping the garage...Im suprised how well it came out.
