Well I'm not looking to buy but a buddy of mine wants to buy one. Ok here is the thing

1. new or used doesn't matter
2. needs to haul ass :D
3. must be 4x4
4. brand doesn't matter at this time
5. he weighs about 350lbs

ok i need some ideas, he has been looing around and saw like a 04 Polaris 700 that he liked. but he is up for other options. I would like to see him get one and that would motivate me to get mine up and running. :D

i'm looking for ideas here, any experience with them, if they are fast or not? I know there is a classifieds section on here for them ;)

I have an 04 Kawasaki Prairie 700 4x4. It is pretty damn fast, will pull the front wheels up pretty easy! :D A buddy of mine has the Brute Force 750. It is a nice quad, but I don't care for the IRS. Mine has a solid rear axle and feels alot more stable. Your friend would probably agree, especially being 350 lbs. I just dont like the way the IRS feels "top-heavy" when turning.

just to play around, mud, haul ass down the straight aways. He wants something that will do around 60mph.

he has the itch to buy something and he really would like to get another streetbike. But his last one didn't last long. Only 6 months of owning and totalled it out going down the highway at 80mph. So to keep him from buying one he is going to get a 4wheeler.

yeah the kawis are pretty nice. i am more of a raptor and banshee man. i have only ridden about 4 four wheel drives. but i would have to agree that the kawis are pretty nice.

I like both. I sold my Banshee about a year ago. That mf'er would haul ass!!!! :D I miss it, but my Prairie will run about 60-65. Definately won't get there as fast as the Banshee though. I don't really care for the Raptor, maybe since its four stroke and I was used to the two stroke. Once you hit that powerband, HOLD ON!

Honda Rubicon Foreman 500 or Honda Rincon. Both monsters and shaft driven, not belt.
