The Mountain Dew energy drink (Amp) tastes better than Redbull. I've never actually given Sobe a try. :)

double strength black coffee... you want to be able to see a hint of an oil slick on the surface. :cool:

drink a couple TALL cups and see if you aren't ready to bite through a 45 plate!! :p

it's a helluva lot cheaper than anything else too...

i don't really do energy drinks too much, i think they are all mental. sometimes i drink a weight gainer drink about 30-45 min befor i work out. they have alot of carbs in them.
