bushmaster ar15 at 50yds with no scope, just stock sights. This was the first time I ever shot an assault rifle or any rifle. 2 sec intervals (per range rules). I was shooting alittle high but a pretty good cluster I think... Its my friends and I think I want one now.

yes... yes i did. it was cheap and noone was there... i hate waiting on other people to finish shooting before i can go check the target. think i need some binoculars
looking at your target were you standing up, or shooting off the bench?

Work on your breathing, and your trigger squeeze. If you had a good time that is what matters.

Better than most hajis! At least he was aiming the right direction. If you used those bean bags as a stabilizer though and were sitting you need some practice.
Just as an example, a US Marine in boot camp takes essentially the same rifle and hits targets at 200 yards standing and 500 yards from the prone position.
Still not too bad for a complete rookie.

Ok so Im biased :o If he wasn't using his own zero I guess I could understand a little. But its still only 50 yds....

Thats right, expert here!!! lol.....i mean zero or no zero i could throw rocks at 50 yards and do better than that..lol but like he if you had fun thats all that matters bro not everyone can be like us....lol
