best time to sell?

Hi, i'm wanting to buy a home and to help finance the closing costs I'm going to sell my bike. When do you think would be the best time to sell my bike to get the most out of it?

It's a 2000 Yamaha R1. What do you think I can get for it? It has like 30k miles.
