So I'm bidding on this bike...
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130059290985&category=49999
Auction is supposed to end on 12/23,
and I get an e-mail this morning that says "Auction has ended early" winning bid was 100.00 over my last bid.... and now I get a "second chance offer" ... e-mail address isn't even close to the original seller's addy...
I mean, WTF??
dammit:

more mileage, but acceptable, local, a steal.

I had a buddy that got scammed by one of those "over seas sellers" if it is too good to be true, it probably is.

That's a good deal on the 636... too bad it's not red/black.
(In my slightly demented mind, for some strange reason, all my toys have to be red black)

Sounds about right, that was a hell of a deal, despite the mileage.

I was going to get the 636 but I found this one
http://dallas.craigslist.org/mcy/232479746.html
picked it up for 5000 I could put new plastics on it and probally sell it for around 7500 still has a clean title, but I really like it. Best handleing bike I've ever ridden.
