start it up with a windows install cd, reformat and reinstall windows...
unless it's really your hard drive that's crashed

I actually formatted my 2nd hard drive and installed XP and stuff on this one... Im going to see if I cant pick my shit off the other one then just format it.

theres tons of pertinent info on that BSOD, write it down next time.

Thats how I rebuild. Once you have everything installed wait a week and make an Image using Ghost or something similar. Update that image from time to time but other than that just let it chill. Then next time your PC takes a shit, just re-image it using your most up to date image. It will save you HOURS in the long run.

Be careful on what you copy back over to the other HDD. Some files may have the virus and then it will just recontaminate your system all over agian.
