CD Buner

for some reason... my cd burner no longer read's any CD's
it just started the other day out of tha blue. i've tried to troubleshoot the damn thing...but with no luck!
it's an HP Pavilion...can anyone help me out???

Go to Frys and get you a new DVD/CD burner. They are cheap as shit.

Only option would be to go in the device manager and remove it and try readding it and see if that fixes you're issues. Other then that......no

i removed it and then reinstalled it...no luck
when i put a CD in...a green light comes on and it startes to run...the a blinking amber light comes on. and my computer thinks the drive is empty when i try to burn!
