ok so i will be the first to admit, last season i would have been to first to say that dampier was a huge signing mistake...he just looked like he was not giving any effort. i thought the whole reason the mavs lost the finals was due to no inside presence and noone taking control of the paint. well it looks like i was wrong with the way he is playing 15 games into the season. keep it up and this team will be back in the finals.

It's early on in the season and he still has plenty of time to go back to his regular self. He still doesn't seem to be showing any emotion. I hope he continues this but I am pretty doubtful. Diop isn't playing as well as he did last season so if we can get him to step it up as well we will have two damn good centers and that would be sweet. The Mavs have been blowing teams out so bad it's almost no fun to watch! Almost... Go Mavs!
