some can see the truth others will claim you know nothing of what you speak. as for me if ark and uf play with only 1 loss the winner should get a shot at the title, but it won't happen.

You don't even think before you drool on the keyboard, do you?

On topic, of course the BCS is biased. It's based on polls, thus based on opinion, which is inherently biased.

what is wrong with what i said? the sec is the toughest conference so with there being 1 unbeaten from a bcs conference then why wouldn't you want the the best 1 loss team to play them?

LOL... this week shows:
1. OSU @ 1.0000
2. Mich. @ .9263
3. USC @ .9188
4. Florida @ .8838
5. ND @ 8198
6. Arkansas @ .8065

The only way for any team to leapfrog Mich. is for USC to beat ND or ND to beat USC. Florida won't make it even if they pounce all over Florida St.

But then again, who knows what happens once the conference Championship games come into play. Arkansas @ Florida MIGHT have a chance.

Of course, but it factors in when it lost, to who, and who it beat, etc. Who is the only one-loss team to lose to an undefeated?

They beat Texas, Penn St., Iowa, Mich. St., and Mich.

Florida... who'd they beat? Oh ya, Tennessee, LSU  , Georgia, and WEST CAROLINA!!!!!!!!! LMAO Let me remind you that they lost to those has-beens, Auburn.

Arkansas... their only real teams they beat were Auburn and Tennessee (if you call that real teams). LMAO Let me remind you that they lost to USC.

Notre Dame didn't do much better this year, schedule-wise, but at least I'm not using that as a crutch. They lost to Mich. So what, they're a good team. ND will more than likely beat USC (against what most think). They should have a better position at a NC than both of those teams.

Florida, Arkansas, USC, and ND all have very good chances of losing at least one more game. I don't have a problem with the best outcome out of the four to play OSU for the NC, but please, for the love of God, quit using your conference as an excuse!!!!! Shit people, MY pussy hurts from all the screaming you guys are doing about your pussies hurting!

Because USC already has a tough enough schedule to impress the computers. Why add another tough game? you think UT wants to reup their rivalry with Tosu or Arkansas right now?

Take care of your shit on the field...don't use that crutch about a tough conference...doesn't matter if you lose a game. If you are the best team in the country then you should be able to beat EVERY OTHER TEAM IN THE COUNTRY.

Here's my answer to any poll questions since they are all biased and suck. If you want to know which team should be ranked higher, look at what Vegas would set the line at if they played on a nuetral field. Fact, UT would be favored over WVU, Louisville, Rutgers, and several other teams in front of them. Fact, USC would be favored over any SEC team (remember that Arkansas blowout). Fact, Michigan would be favored over probably everyone except tOSU. You can't argue with the experts in Vegas who set the lines. Just my .02!

Is that a bad thing?? Texas has had a pretty darn impressive run since 2000.

65-11 with an avg final ranking of 7th. A BCS Rose win and a BCS NC title.

Were talking top 10 program every year here.

The KSU loss was a heartbreaker obviously, but at some point they were going to take a L. You just cant win every game. USC had its regular season streak broken by lowly Oregon State. Ill put 100$ right now that Ohio State will lose a game at some point next season. The first thing out of and OSU fans mouth will prob be something to the tune of 'well, you cant lose Troy Smith and expect to win every game'. Hmmm... where have we heard these type of words before?? After OSU won in 2002 they lost 2 games. The next year they lost 4. Its incredibly difficult to maintain such a high level of expectation especially when nowadays just 1 loss will typically end your bid for a NC berth.

RARELY are more than a small handfull of teams able to put together such impressive streaks. IMO thats what makes USC a complete jaw-dropper at the moment. They just keep reloading year after year. They might make it back to the NC game after losing Lienart, Bush, and White. Thats impressive on any level, but at some point they will take a step back as well.

The hype machine is really starting to disappoint me in college football. It isnt enough anymore to maintain a top10 prestige year in and year out... nowadays in the 'i want it now' point click access world if you dont go undefeated and win the NC you're just another wanna-be. Sad really...

Of course it's fucking biased, part of the ranking is based on opinion POLLS you fucking moron!!

You college football nerds aren't ever going to be satisfied with any ranking system unless you have every team play ever other team. And even then you'd find something to whine and complain about. Fucking insane..
Shut it, Aggie!

Is that a bad thing?? Texas has had a pretty darn impressive run since 2000.

Very well put. I don't expect him to understand it though as A&M hasn't sniffed the top 10 since he was probably in grade school.

I'd say USC is the best team of this decade for the first half of it anyhow. Since Pete's arival they are 63-11 and since 2003 they are 46-3, talk about building a program that reloads ;) . They shared the 03 National Championship, won the 04 Championship, lost to UT in the 05 championship and if they beat ND which they have 4 straight wins over they just have UCLA to move past and they should be a shoe in for the National Title game.

What about the 9 unranked team they lost to? Venom face it UT is not the power house defender of the National Championship we all thought they might be, they have slipped back into early 2000 mode.

You must be new to football. Hello, my name's exlude.
