He should of got beat! I ran a 5.74 and a .72 previous as he did as well but I had a .051 reaction time to his .152 so I could of ran a 5.87 and still beat him but I had to lift twice and ran a 5.92 at 118 not to mention my 60' slowed to a 1.46 from spinning. If there was 50 more feet of track I would of had him. Oh well....shoulda, coulda, woulda, bla bla bla. lol

FYI he ran a 5.77 at 118 in the finals due to a low bottle he said. Margin of victory was .0643. :eek:

It was exciting for sure and congrates to him on the win.

Ahhhh a race is a race, I made a previous adjustment to my car also. Thats why I dropped to a .72 after I made my first .75 pass, I kept eating the #8 plug about half track. If you watch the video that purple piston posted you can see it pop. The last pass I finaly decided to pull some timing out. I took the bottle out to go get it topped off, but they already closed the fueling station. I would have went a .6? if I had a fresh bottle but that was my 3rd pass on that bottle.

He did tree the hell out of me though, we both skated around on the top end of the track, I never lifted. In the video it looks like I drove around him in the air with my 1.29 60ft vs his 1.46. Either way it was a hell of a race hands down, we both new we had our hands full and that why we both made adjustments to the cars.
