It bogged on me on that pass, it is pretty tricky to launch when it is dead hooking. I don't have any way to build boost on the line, we might put the ignition boxes in it. With that I will be able to put it on a 2 step, it will be much more consistent. For now I need just a little tire spin, but the track was biting hard, they did a good job on the prep!

Thats right he said he had 406 or something like that with 200 shot...then he said he had 460hp on motor? that didnt make since too me.

Its a 408 ci stroker and more then 200..he was spraying 250 on it before with the stock motor.
It does only make 460..and goes to show money dont allways buy you hp.

He won that one. It was a redlight and they count. But the cobra still has the upperhand :D . Right now that is, it could change of course.

and I watched that vette do a one wheel peel :o .. so it could have a bit more in it ..

You can't honestly think thats all the cobra has in it? That was the first time to the track with the new found power, and the third time total. It's only going to get quicker and faster. There still a few things left to do before putting the stroker, heads, & cams in it.

ha ha I know that Manny is faster .. I saw his 6.2 run earlier that day ,, I am just stating that the vette could have a bit more it it as well .. who knows .. that is why racing at the track > that racing not at the track .. you get a win light .. or a redlight in this case ..

Actually in this case I got the redlight & the win light :confused: If you look at the end of the video you will see the win light up on my side. However I know I lost that race due to the redlight. I also prefer racing at the track!
