it looks like it might be ok...if you are going to do play some computer games you might get a little better one. But if you are just going to post on DFWStangs, then it should be ok.

i dont play any kinda computer games, all i do online is post on dfw stangs...

Fred, make sure to get a 20.1” with a 1600 x 1200 resolution.

You will be able to pick one up that's made by a good name brand manufacturer (Dell, ViewSonic, Samsung, etc...) for $300 (with rebates) if you keep looking.

Fred, you can pick up that same Monitor at the Fry's store for $189 + a $30 mail-in rebate, making it $159. It's a good monitor, my brother has had the same brand for 2 years, he just uses it for browsing, light gaming and he's never had a problem with it.

just do some research on brands before you buy. I just bought 2 acers (never liked the brand but everything I read was good). They are 19" widescreens for $200 each shipped to my house. gateway and dell make good monitors too. Im using a 21" dell LCD right now:D

my sugestion is wait till after thanksgiving when they are really cheap and then go buy a good one that is on sale.
