Has anyone shelled out $30 for this thing. I get tired of polishing the Welds by hand. Does it work?

I wasn't sure about them either, but they were on sale at Pep Boys for $20. So, I got one and it works very good. It only takes me a few minutes per wheel.

Saves a hell of alota time... and saves the arm work too. Totally worth it in IMO.

Just make sure you give your rims a good cleaning before using though.

do you use the regular or the mini powerball?? how do you keep it from slinging all the polishing GOO all over the place?

I'll have to check this out. I was looking at my wheels over the weekend and was thinking I needed to wax them but didn't want to take the time to do so. This would defintely shorten the time it would take to get my wheels back into shape.

I normally just put my wheel polish on the rim instead of the ball, and just use the ball to polish it. Or you can just make sure that the polish gets into the spongeiness of the ball. I've never had a problem with it.

I've been wanting to get one, if it's good enough for Foose, it's good enough for me :)
