Ok working out the other day doing full arm work out. My bro niticed when i picked my arm up to stretch my forearm. i have a little bubble that looks like a finger trying to poke threw my skin.. What could that be, I dont feel nething no pain but I can see.. Should i get it looked at
I could be a cyst, a ball of fat, or anything. I would have it looked at.

I know exactly what you are talking about, I have one on each forearm and one on the back of one of my calves. I don't know exactly what they are, I've heard everything from fat deposits to calcium deposits. I've had mine for well over 6 years and they don't seem to be any sort of problem.
Don't worry about it.

If i am not mistaken it s either a "fat "deposit or a type of herniation.

It's there, you just can't see it until you flex or your muscles, which push it out, same thing happens with mine.
