cleaning fender wells?

whats a good way to clean my plastic inner fender wells? they look like crap, and i want em clean, typical shit just aint cutting it.

I use a plastic/vinyl cleaner, then a plastic/vinyl protectant. If it's really bad, I'll just set it up on jackstands and yank the wheels and scrub away.

If I get the time, I like to take the wheel off and scrub with a good degreaser/cleaner and either paint it flat black or dress it.
