i am looking at a z1000 but i has a dent in the tank. being ocd this will drive me insane. can they be fixed?? the new tank is about $1k new and $500 used on ebay if you can find one. that would negate all the savings of buying this particular bike. anyone had a dent in your tank fixed? did you have to have the whole thing painted? thanks.
god bless.

Isnt it the same tank as a ZX6R from 03-04? Might be a little easier to find. I know they share the same tail, I was thinking the tank was also the same.

If I can get a look at it I can usually fix them one way or the other.

Looks like I can handle it. I need to see it in person to be positive. Your looking at about $125.00 includeing paint. When I see it I will be able to tell you a definit price.
