I saw a beautiful 07 R6 at the GTG this last Monday, and now I am getting the bug again... Anyone have any contacts, and what would I be looking at price wise? I don't want to spend more than 150-200/month. Can I get one for that with not much down?
I want the Team blue one with the white and black flame graphics...

you gotta have good credit to get a bike...period
its considerd a luxury item....if you got great credit..dont worry about a down payment..just go get it....for every 1000 you put down...it drops the payment like 17 bux a month i think..might be more..i dunno

Yamaha has some screwball lease deals going all the time, you can likely get one for $69/mo...for a few months that is ;)
I was wrong...it's $89 right now, in winter I'm sure there will be $69 deals.

When i bought my Honda 954 a few years ago, the dealership in Fort Worth said i would need a 700 FICO to qualify for Hondas financing.
They may have subprime lenders, but i know its much harder to buy a bike than a car with bad credit.

Good to know... My credit isn't the greatest right now since I bought my Cobra, it kicked my score down about 90 points... I'll work on paying off all my other debt, and maybe I can get one after the first of the year... thanks guys! 89/month is bad ass!!! lol. :D

suzuki uses household and they are pretty easy to get approved with, when i bought mine in june of 05 i got approved for all but 800 so that is what i put down and i got the plan for $99/month for 5 years so i am just paying 150/month to get it paid for within those 5 years...........

I thought you could barely afford to put gas in your car to make it to the GTG?

I just bought a ported blower for my orange car too, I've got cash, just don't want to spend it on stupid shit like race gas or Torco going to a gtg to race a broke down car. :(

You can go get a personal loan and pay cash, credit card with a low interest rate. The new R6 is a sweet looking bike, but overpriced for a 600 if you ask me. Might as well buy a Suzuki 750 for that money.
