I was working at the Blockbuster in Flower Mound on 2499 and 3040 last night, and one of the starbucks crowd tools rides up on his motorcycle and parks it way in teh middle of the parking lot where nobody is around (which made what happened all that much easier for me to see). He throws the kickstand down, gets off the bike, takes his gloves off and puts them in his helmet and sets the helmet on the seat. He unzips his jacket and starts walking away, and halfway through the parking lot, BOOM, BITCH! his bike falls flat over on its side....LOL! Nothing around, nobody to blame but his stupid ass self for not balancing the bike on the kickstand. I was laughing so hard the customers in the store thought I was a psycho. (I hate Flower Mound kids whose parents buy them whatever they want).

I've seen that before. I have also seen someone get their pants leg caught on the foot controls before they shift their weight to put that particular leg down, and boom fall right over in at a red light. Then the guy gets up embarrassed and couldn't pick his bike up. I was behind him in the car and after I caught my breath I helped him get it back up.

sucks for you, but this guys bike fell the opposite way...on the other side of the bike form the kickstand :D
Saw a guy load his jet ski this weekend get in the truck to leave the ramp and forget to lock the crank. When he took off the ski slid right off the trailer. Guy was cool about it not pissed or anything we just helped him put it back on the trailer.

no wind, im pretty sure either he bumped against it walking away and didnt think anything of it, or he didnt have it fully balanced on the stand.

I had mine fall down in a way that made it hard to pick up by yourself (up against a wall). I was having to reach over the bike to pick it up and the ground was muddy to top it off :( Learned my lesson the hard way when parking the bike on dirt that if it rains and is windy bad things can happen :D

I have heard of ppl taking a lid to a jar .. and using that to put the kickstand on so it doesnt sink in the mud ..
