I need to seperate the 2 sections of the headlight housing to clean and reseal it all. It's hazy and filled my droplets of water. I had a leak a while back, which is patched now, but I need to get the water out and clean in reflective pieces... Any ideas on how to seperate/seal them?

that would be pretty hard to do and prolly not worth the time. you would more than likely end up cracking the housing.... save yourself some time and just go buy new set of smoked ones or something.

if you want to do it... then you take everything off the housing you can, and bake them in the oven for about 10mins at 200-250*, you want to set them on a tray not the rack it self... pull them out and you should be able to seperate the lenses with a flat head, if they start cooling off stick them back in to bake a little more.

What 6 pieces? headlights, fishtanks, and corner lenses? If you can get that I'll just do that at long as it's not a POS.
