No ,well yeah kinda.. Its the "standard" 762 inch motor.
Those times are more from good weather and a badd ass track.
The blower pro mods were running high 3s with jason scruggs going a 3.81@198 and the nitrous pro mods were running 4.00s@181.
10.5w isn't the same... my beast is just fine...
It's still considered a 10.5 tire i.e. by the 33 x 10.5 W x 15 written on the side still says 10.5.

they are a hell of alot different than 16/33s.
Thats still a small tire for the amount of power being put to them and the times being ran on them.

yes actualy they are both just 10.5s.
when sitting still the tires messures 10.5 on the thread. that makes it a 10.5 tire.
Now since they are 33" tall and have a huge roll out thats were they are able to handle the power compaired to a true 10.5. ;)

I used to run the nova in both true 10.5 and outlaw 10.5. I had 3 sets of wheels,2 with 33/10.5s and 1 set with 29/10.5s. The car ran almost the same on the little ones as it did on the big ones without any changes to car. If i would have changed gearing or maybe a 4 link adjustment with the 29s it probaly would have ran just as fast.
On average I ran 4.81/84 with the 33s and 4.87/90 and a best of 4.85 with the 29s

Anyone who doesn't is a pure and simple dumb fuck in my book.I'm glad you were strapped down tight...I'm sure JoJo knows the lesson as well. TINKRD and Andrew both had there belts on tight this past friday as well. If/When I finally get something needing a bar, 5pt harness will always be on when driving it.

You might wanna check your measurin stick for accuracy, cause they both don't measure 10.5 inches wide sittin still. The "W" tire is an inch wider than a "True 10.5" tire. But none the less, a 4.43 is very, very impressive on a W tire.

Come next year there will be plenty of these big races at Kenny Barnes track in Crandall when it opens. KB's track is gonna be a heads-up track kinda like HMP in Houston. HMP doesn't have a bracket racing program. All they have are heads-up races with some index racing at some of the big races. It's gonna be nice when it opens.
