Depends on if i can get out of work saturday. I work right off shiloh and Plano Pkwy...so i may be able to get out a bit early saturday and lift with you. You said 11 right?
I work 5-10 weeknights so its gonna be tough during the week.

why? im just getting back into lifting from a year off. im hardley in any shape for any video footage.. Ruff daddy said he trains at the same gym.. all i did was extended an invitation to lift.. no smack talking.. just training.

It was due to injury, he seriously hurt his motivation, and it's taken some time to get it healed up...;)

yeah.. i seriously sprained my motivation.. and it took me a year to get it back. its still not fully healed..

Saturday was my first day back after a week of due to a pulling lower back muscle, and I went for my first jog in over a week and a half last night, because of that same injury. I'm a few weeks out from kicking ass and taking names. Funny how I can only manage to lose two pounds per week when dieting, yet I can put on double that when I take a week off. :mad: :(
As for the weights, Dave lifts double what I do. I came to terms long ago that I'm a weak little bitch. ;) It's all relative, you gotta do what works for you.
