Ok got a new membership, its been along time.. Im 6'2" 245#'s whats the best way to get to about 225 and still have a good size?? If that makes sence, im not trying to get all small. Another ??? they sell Lipo6 and some thing called Venom what are ur thoughts on these??
Eat healthy and get plenty of protein. That is all the supplements that you need at first.
If you want to lose fat, but still gain muscle then start by lifting regularly and doing a small amount of low intensity cardio after working out. Better yet, do cardio in the morning and lift in the evening.
Odds are that if you are not eating healthy now you will lose the fat just by eating healthy and lifting.

i ate lower calorie, lower fat foods and did the stairmaster or elliptical everyday of the week for 4 months and lost 50 pounds about 5 years ago. kept it off and have actually added a little muscle mass by continuing to eat right and workout very consistently. i'm 6'2'', and weighed 203 this morning. not "swole" by any means, just relating how i lost a lot of body fat. :)

Thanks and congrats.. I think for the first 1-2 weeks I will go every other day and watch what I eat while im doing this.. I now work 60 hrs a week and dog ass tired for the most part, so I need to gradually do this..

Save your money on the lipo6 I used it with there ultimate cutting stack and got very good results. But I had a lot of weight to lose and I'm still looking to shed another 30lbs. I would use it after several months of lifting to help you when you hit a plateau.

So don't start off with it? What can I use now to boost my energy and help muscle recovery a little better to start off with??
