After fighting 4L60s for 6 months I broke down and put a TH400 in the car. Brian @ RPM deleted my codes and I took it to the track Sat. night. Beat the old best by .2

New best
1.62 60ft
7.34
@94.5 mph

also went a 7.40 and a 7.38

I'm pretty happy over all other than having to lose OD. 95% full weight car on motor with 275-50-15 drag radials

I need to work on the suspension so I can use the trans brake. It was like launching on ice the one time I tried to use it.

Oh the wify got in it (since it is HER car :D) and went a 8.09 first time to ever go down the track in a fast car. I think I created a monster because she wanted to go again ASAP and get in the 7's

We took it back out Sunday to the Dale' and she got her 7sec pass with a 7.89 I managed a 7.39 but the rest of the passes I blew the tires off the car.

She is still a little scared of it but getting better. Once she gets the hang of it she should go faster than me since she is 70lbs less.

He had fikse's on it before and I don't think he ever ran it with those. They should make a pretty good difference. Those big wheels are pretty heavy.

Not me ours is slightly faster and no stripes. Two weeks ago I was still waiting to put it back together. My wife should be a lot faster than her once she gets the hang of it.
