Injected steroids this morning.

I received an allergy shot this morning. It's a general steroid. I usually just take
the allergy pills, but this year I though I would try the shot for the first time.

I wonder if this is the same stuff people warn about in body building?
I go to the gym twice a week anyway. I wonder if I'll get all swoll up :rolleyes:

The doctor said that the shot may hold off the allergy for 3weeks to 2months.

When you're on that stuff, make sure to increase the swoleness by flexing in the mirror at least 3 times a day...

Some fat mother fucker was flexing and shit in the mirror today at my apt's gym. He started flexing after doing chestfly's with 20lbs dumbbells. :rolleyes: I do more than that for curls and I never flex...at gyms. :p

about 6-7 years ago i scraped the shit out of my ab area while moving wood and it got some weird fungal infection. so i go to a dermitologist who diagnoses it right away as nothing major and gives me some anti biotics.

so we start talking about lifting some how.. he he goes on about how his brother lifts and juices. So i tell him some of my lifts and hes like ' so... do you juice?" i was like " hell no.. 100% natural baby".. he goes into this 10 min dissertation about how if i wanted to, he could prescribe me all kinds of anabolics and he had no problem doing it.. I had to graciously decline:) but i guess it was funny at the time... lol
