How are you guys measuring your body fat and where? I went to the gym here on base and all they had was one of the electrical impedence ones that you hold in your hands. I know they are far from the most accurate form of measuring body fat but it was all they had.

Does anyone know where you can go to and measure your BF in one of the dunk tanks?

If you were measured with the calipers did you have a professional measure you or did you do it yourself? Were you using the high dollar suposedly more accurate calipers or just the cheap ones you can find for like $20?

I have a pair of the high-dollar ones and I can take my BF three times in a row and it will vary by almost 7%

I also have an electrical impedence scale that does not vary as much as long as you always measure under the same conditions. But the reading is WAY off. Consistant, but off.

I also use mybodycomp.com. They seem to be the most accurate and stable of all of them. It is also extremely useful and allows you to track your changes.
