I got some MMA vids that I am uploading to youtube before I delete them off my hard drive. The first one is for JKD since he never saw it.

This is the altercation between Sapp and Tyson after the Sapp vs Kimo fight.

Don't let his size fool you. He swings for the ropes for about 30 seconds and spends the rest of his time gasping for air. I think Tyson is worthless, but I feel like he could beat Sapp.

I agree. Sapp is a beast but cannot take as good as he gives.

BTW, for those interested, it is looking like Tyson will fight in Pride's first MMA show in the U.S. come this October. ;)

I think you ( Tyrone Biggums ) should be shot, hung, castrated, then drawn and quartered for saying that tyson is worthless. Tyson may not have any martial arts abilities, but then again neither does sapp. Tyson has shown more pure knockout power than anybody I have ever seen, and thats with those big ass boxing gloves. tyson with the lil MMA gloves on ( 4oz?? ) you better expect to see Iron Mike caving in some people's skulls.

I dont think tyson and sapp will fight anytime soon, but i believe it will happen. and when it does you will see tyson abso-fucking-lutely destroy sapp. Sapp is big and strong, but he has zero stamina. Tyson has had alot of quick fights but we have seen him go many rounds and show he has the stamina when required.

Well there is a little merit to pointing out you were a little off in calling Tyson worthless. Now had you said if Tyson loses his compsure I'd agree but if Tyson keeps it together he still has the ability to do some serious damage he hasn't lost his above average punching power and face it he is nuts.

I'm not a little off. We aren't talking about the 21 year old Heavyweight champion here. Did anyone see his last fight, the one where he made a complete fool of himself, again? The one where he announced that he was done and shouldn't have gotten back in the ring to begin with. He's a bona fide lunatic. Pride is in financial trouble, that's why they signed Tyson, not because he's a great fighter, because he nucking futs and they need the attention. I think I'll retract my previous statement about Tyson being able to beat Sapp. I can't stand Sapp anymore than Tyson, but I'd like to see Tyson get that ass whipped, again.

How do you figure PRIDE is in financial trouble? They pay their fighters better than the UFC does and there shows have a LOT more fans in attendance than the UFC does.

Pride lost their tv contract in Japan. Believe it or not, Pride was not a PPV event over there until they lost their contract. As much as the Japanese may like MMA, most of them aren't well accustomed to paying extra for it. Their tv deal had a lot to do w/having the extra cash to pay their fighters. Just to give you an idea of their financial situation, Mirko quite possibly could be fighting in the WFA. I think Pride coming to the US also shows they are in trouble. They are trying to find additional markets for their product.
