I went in 04 and I enjoyed myself. I could care less about the politics of Unique, I went for the cars that were at the show. I saw a lot of cool shit. I may go, it just depends on my schedule.

Based on the severred relationship between Unique and Shelby, you can bet there wont be the Shelby turn-out there has been in years past. I've had my Shelby out there each time they've done this...and it has gone downhill each year. Other than that, there should be some nice cars show up and I might bring the "stock" Dodge, since Shelby designed it and I won't have to worry about them spinning off a bad clone of it.

Good event lots of nice cars......NASAProRacing had some of their AI and CMC cars there. AER brought some of their sponsored cars and tons of 67-68 Stangs showed up. Best part was easy prking, free entry and just lots of nice horsepower. 5 bucks to see Sam Packs cars weren't worth it.

Kids loved the little Rat Rod daily driver.

I've attended the Unique show a coupla' times and enjoyed the cars and people... but I'm not a big fan of the gussied up Eleanor Mustangs... and yea, if you look at one closey, they're just not that nice.
