91 Door speaker size and ???

I have a 91 vert - Drivers side door went out - what size is good for a replacement fit and can I remove the cover to get at it OR do I have to remove the entire door panel?

Remove the entire door panel. You need a very flat front, thin magnet 6". The tweeter (if your speaker selection is a coax) needs to be very flush with the mounting flange of the 6". -Or- you can do components and install the tweeter in the dash or door panel.
