Why is it that when I am hitting the weights hard as hell I sweat like a mofo? I look around at most of the other people "training" and it seems like even their forehead is dry... Whats up with that? Talk amongst ya selves.

I notice the same thing at my gym. Whats even worse is the people that I see there just about every time I am there, and they are still the same fat slob they were 2 years ago. You think they would ask for help or a question or something.
I sweat pretty good when I am on a heavy day. I think 24hours must have got a high electric bill, cause it seems like is hotter in there these last few weeks.

True... true. I see a couple people regularly that have a routine workout it seems and they don't progress for shit.

It's more about temperature, and mostly genetics/diet, than intensity. I've always been a fairly "dry" lifter, but I still bust my balls in the gym. The only time I sweat is when the AC is off, or I drank alcohol a day or two before. Dave, on the other hand, will be sweating by our first work set, and he rarely drinks. Then again, maybe that natural sweater of hair he's got gets his body temp up higher. lol :p

Take note of the part about genetics. You know damn well that on a good day I've got the same intensity, even if it's with only half the muscle. :p
