I disagree.

Sam Jackson signed on to this one just because of the name. They tried changing it mid-filming, and he said he wouldnt finish unless they changed it back to "Snakes on a Plane."

He has a sense of humor. He knows this won't be the one that puts him on top of the world.

Hell, in Star Wars, he was the only Jedi to have a purple light saber. Why? Because he told George Lucas it "would look cool."
