View Full Version : Most expensive brake booster/mc assembly ever?
I'm not trying to bust y'all's balls or anything, I'm just wondering how this is worth $1,700.00. . . If it's worth it, and I can put it on a fox, I might be interested, but sweet jebus that's some coin!

Thanks for writing. The brake booster you are referring to ( M-2005-R) is strictly for the FR500C full on race car. This booster is for ultra heavy duty use on road courses and the such. Unless you have a FR500C Mustang race car, I'd recommend you call Rex or Mac at (800) 794-8996 so they may fit the proper brake booster for your application.

Not that we don't like to make money, but do you think that high dollar brake booster is a little overkill? If you want one, I'm sure it is very streetable.

The master cylinder on a old supercoupe t-bird was not too cheap either.

Huh, the stocker on my race car works just fine with race brakes and in race conditions...and with a little more power it would hang with an FR500 race car for sure....
Also, given that there are less than 50 FR500's on the race track....do you really need it in your catalog?
Bye the way, for that money, get a tilton setup.... ;)
