Great site. Looks like he does kind a what I'm trying to do (take the best things out of various programs and go from there.. I.E He uses a BFL style "HIIT" cardio, but different weight program.) 5 yrs ago, I lost 27lbs and 10% BF (slightly modified BFL to fit my startup company schedule.) Actually, I'm your height and had the same starting weight, and I leveled off around 167 and then started back up with lean mass. I did fairly well keeping it off until the last year or so. My metabolism has slowed down (34yrs old), and two kids keep me pretty busy. I had been maintaining around 182 and 15-17% (guesstimate) but was out for 8 mos last year with a torn ACL, so that set me back quite a bit.
I started back on the program 2 weeks ago. (I started this time at 192, but I'm a lot stronger than I was back then, so I hope to get down to 175 at 10-12%)
I think it's great when individuals take the time to maintain pages like that to share with others. (Assuming it's not a "hey, look at me" site, which it doesn't seem to be.) Taking the BFL challenge or posting your stats like you're doing really helps keep you motivated and on-track! Keep up the good work! My motivator right now is a BJJ tournament in mid October, and I really want to be in the 160-174 bracket!

Hmm, last time I checked, getting online doesn't help your physical fitness.
