Im going to try and explain this the best that i can...
Why is it that when I first start working out after a long break tat I can do X ammount of weight pretty easily.Two weeks later that same ammount of weight feels like 10k lbs and i have a hard time doing that weight...
Tonight in class we were doing body strikes using hooks,jabs..Last week I was hitting so hard that i was knocking the pads of my partners hands,and then when doing body shots i was easily knocking him off his feet. Now tonight with the same partner I was hitting like a 3 yr old girl.No power,no speed,no form,ect...What the hell is casuing that??
Drinking tons of water,very little dr pepper,eating good,stretching before and after class..
