i have some scrathes on my truck and dont know how to remove them, they arent too deep so any help would be appreciated thanks

Can you feel the 'scratch' with your finger nail? Like will your nail catch the groove?

i always use mequiars scratch X. get it at vatozone for like $5 in a black tude. the tube looks like a big tooth paste tube kinda lol.

damp rag and comet and buff it out

The ones that catch your nail are not going to come out.
Meguirs fills/hides the scratches/swirls. I'd looking into some TC...i'v had great luck with it on my customers cars and the PC.
But if you are looking for a cheap fix, meguires is the way.

yeah like he said it wont take out the deep ones but it will look a hell of a lot better for around $5 and a little elbow grease. :D

use some 2000 grit sand paper and water then buff it w/ a high speed buffer

Use 1500 grit sandpaper, then buff it with compound.
