Firefox help?

I need some help with my Firefox browser. I keep getting the dreaded flash plugin illegal operation pop-up, and I need someone who has done something to fix this that actually worked tell me what/how they did what they did. I've read all the support pages on teh subject, and whatever they are doing is confisgin the shit out of me. TIA for anyone that has any help.

I downloaded the IE Extension plug in from Firefox's web site. When I get those illegal operation message's I switch the web engine over to IE on my firefox browser. Just a simple click on the bottom toolbar then after I'm done watching the video. I will switch back to the firefox engine. That seems to be the only way I have found to fix this problem atm. I know there are alot of complaint's about this problem. I would also download the FasterFox, NoScript, and talkback extionsion's you can turn script's off and on for site's you trust(youtube).
