I've been around for a while workingout/lifiting etc...and have always figured the follow....however, when I told my co-workers they laughed and said I was crazy with this theory..on workingout...

The first week: The beginning

The second week: Your weaker than the first week

The third week: Your back to being as strong as the first week.

The fourth week: You start to build..

This has always been the way it has worked for me etc...

Different strokes man. Some things work for some while they may not work for others. When I'm lifting I still stick with the "Bigger, Stronger, Faster" regiment. That doesn't work for others, but for me it allows me to build size and definition. But that may not work for you. Fuck them. If it works for you, stick with it.

4 weeks before you start to get stronger?
You're definately doing something wrong!!!

It is my belief not my co-workers.... I agree that you will start building in the 4th week... It is a tear down and build up cycle...

same here i usually feel stronger after the 1st workout.....just my exp.
