Paint Restoration Tips

Anybody got any paint restoration tips? I have a 96 GT with bad paint fade on the hood, top, & trunk. Not ready to paint it yet but would like to do something to it in the meantime. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If theres enough paint, and depending on how bad it is, wet sand polish and buff and wax. if not to bad just leave out the wet sand. lot of elbow grease though

I may try the wet sand on the hood and top. Not a lot of paint left on the rear bumper though. thanks!

Be careful wet sanding, I would try to buff it first and go from there. ( no wet sanding ) Alot of time it will shine up for a while. If it is to far gone only repaint will fix it. :(
