LINE-X is the largest spray-on truck bedliner company in the world. My franchised shop is located on the west side of Fort Worth on Camp Bowie. We also sell a full line of truck accessories. We apply LINE-X to all sorts of things, not just truck beds.

We need another shop employee. You will prepare trucks (and other things) for spraying and if you wish, will learn to spray the product also. If you like to work with your hands, you will LOVE this job. Our hours are M-F 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to at least 1:00 PM, but we rotate Saturdays off. There will be occasional overtime. You need to have a neat and clean appearance, speak clearly, have a professional attitude, be on time, trustworthy, and dependable. You need to have a Texas driver's license with a clean diving record (no DWI's or anything else that's serious). Very easy going working environment, we like to have fun, but we work very hard at times. You should know that I must have quality work from you. We are a very good LINE-X dealer. I have customers drive to my shop from all over Texas and a few from out of state just to obtain our quality of workmanship. We pay an hourly wage, overtime is time and a half, we buy your lunch every day (except not always on Saturday if we close at 1:00 PM). Wage rate depends on experience. I'm a CPA, yes I follow the law. Lunch is not included in your gross income as long as you are required to stay at the shop. Yes, I will hire at 17.

I went out there last year and applyed, he runs a nice operation! Watched them spray a new SS pickup...turned out perfect. They are right next to Cyclewerks.

OK, I have to apologize. I've sort of lost track of messages and resumes. So, I need to back up a step.

Please read the first post. In addition, I'll say that I need someone "mechanical", meaning you have worked with tools, you are comfortable around hardware and machines, you know, stuff like that; it's hard to explain. I already mentioned this in the first post but I want to stress that it's VERY important that you are dependable, have a professional attitude, take your work seriously, and provide quality work. Things that just won't work: Druggies, late to work, hungover, lazy, don't care, on the cell phone for an hour, smokers (sorry, there are chemicals inside the shop plus smoking breaks just don't jive with this kind of work).

I want to explain something else about this job. I'm 45 years old and I've had many jobs throughout my life. I've had very few jobs that actually gave me a sense of satisfaction or made me feel good about what I did. For example, when I was in high school, one of my jobs was working in a grocery store. I hated it, I never felt like I accomplished anything and there was nothing to be proud of. Another job I had in high school was working in a neighborhood hardware store. I LOVED it. I fixed things for people, I learned all about plumbing, electrical, etc., people sought my knowledge about things, it was a neat job. Now, I can tell you that this LINE-X job is like the hardware store, not the grocery store. Once you learn the business, people will come in seeking your expertise and once you finish a project, you'll get feedback from the customer, which really makes you feel good. Remember, we just don't spray truck bedliners, we spray all sorts of things.

Pay starts at $8.00/hr. for 90 days, then goes up to $10.00/hr. We are definitely growing, opportunities for you will come along as we expand.
