i fully expect a mavericks win and a big game by dirk. i know he beat himself up over missing that freethrow.

i expect a decent game since the heat feel more comfortable, wade is on fire and shaq is starting to get momentum.

I have complete confidence that the Mavs can win one in Miami.I am still not that impressed by the Heat.I was much more worried in the Spurs series and only mildly more so in the Suns series.

The question will be whether that knee injury Wade suffered will affect him tomorrow night. He could barley walk on his own today during the media interviews and he did not practice. Dallas will win this one because they feel that they gave Game 3 away. It doesn't bode well for Miami that Wade has to score 40+ just to win by 2.

Dallas could have gotten back into this game early in the 4th when they cut the lead to 10 and the Heat had 4 straight turnovers, but Dallas didn't convert on any of them. This goes on Dirk and Howard going for a combined 3-22 shooting. Miami didn't really play that good of 'D' to stifle Dallas, it was just Dallas couldn't get anything to hit. You aren't going to win a game shooting 33%.

Dallas just didn't want to attack tonight. The stat that shows that the most: 3-22 from 3pt range. At what point do you stop shooting 3s and take it to the hole. I know Miami was playing zone for a while, but that's no reason to shoot 3s every time down the court. Oh well, it's a long wait now til game 5 on Sunday.

I'm not worried though. I don't think the Heat can continue this run. Tonight was probably one of the worst games Dallas has played in the entire playoffs and they will improve. I expected Miami to win 2 of their 3 games at home, but when they come back to Dallas, reality will set in and they will lose. Wade won't keep up this pace and Dirk and Howard will pick it up. I don't give the Heat much credit, I will say that coaching played a MAJOR role in that win last night. Riley out-coached Avery Johnson. Wade is a machine, and that played a part as well, but I think Riley found a way to win with an inferior team, and that's all there is to it.

on defense they played a modified zone defense. all dallas has to do to beat that is PLAY LIKE PHOENIX. RUN AND RUSH, and miami cant setup which in turn will get them to play rushed.

We need to post dirk on the block every now and then. The heat have countered that old method. Howards mentality has gone banannas IMO. Howard is NOT a good jump shooter. Why is he firing 3's?
