any one know a good all around upgrade for the mach 460 system??

Depends upon the year. Some are easier to upgrade without removing the whole thing than others. The best result is to gut the audio and start over. Plenty of companies make 5x7 components. Dynamat the doors AND the back of the door panel so it does not rattle.
