ok.. Im guessin since you have a bar, you close at midnight. Thats 7hrs a night x 6 dats a week. $200/42hrs = $4.76/hr...below minimum wage for a cook. If you close at 10pm then its a whopping $6.66/hr. All the resteraunts I have worked at cooks make closer to $10/hr. For a bartender its not bad
