I do installs, but i'm in Austin :D
I have Circuit city do mine..they put a double din Pioneer D1 in... took a lot of work but their detail was great. I couldnt believe how much time they took to correctly loom all the wires and what not. Most places believe... "if you cant see it, it doesnt matter"

EW has my vote as well. They took the time to properly route all the wiring and all that crap too. I have had a few people think that the stereo was stock when the faceplate was off just because it sits perfectly.
He also has better prices than the large chain stores.

If you can, let EW have it. The 1 opportunity I gave him - I got more for less money the Circuit City or Best Buy offered. Since then I've not done anything else, but he'll be first on the list for my next install...or car audio/security purchase.
At least give him a shot to quote you a price so you can compare.
Take care,

Well said. He has also redone my alarm. They removed that old POS and installed the Clifford G5. He knows what he is talking about too when it comes to the alarms. I am so glad i spent the extra money and got something that I like.

Eric will take the time to explain stuff to you in a way that is understanding to the lay person. The workmanship is top notch also. And he wont try to sell you products that do not fit with what you are trying to do with your car audio or try to sell you items out of your budget range. As long as I am in DFW area, Bedford is not too far a drive for quality products and service and compentant workmanship.

Is there a website for EW's place?

Gotta disagree. The one at Parker/75 has done 2 clean installs for me so far.
I used to work at CCs in PA. I'm aware of the drip-drop method for soldering and stuff used, but that's not the case at ALL CCs.
However, EW can probably do more, better and cheaper then CC - so it really does not matter. I was surprised at the one quote he gave me - that's what swayed me. :D

I got a kenwood hu,alpine f-545 amp running a JL xr coax set and 2 10w3v2's,box built and everything installed. All but subs were purchased there because I already had those.
Great bunch of non bs guys, they dont try to sell you something you dont need, clean install, cant ask for more. future car audio/video and security purchases are going to be from them.

I used the same CC in Plano a few years back for an alarm install (free, why not?). After inspecting the work when I got the car home, I can say it was top notch. I was extremely surprised.
