Client Production and Media Biller
Dynamic, growing advertising agency located in downtown Dallas is looking for a Client Production and Media Biller to join its team! One Square is the parent company of Square One Advertising, Southwest Media Group, and Valentine Radford. The ideal candidate will process both production billing for a select group of clients and media billing for one fairly comprehensive client. Works under direction of Client Billing Supervisor.
Job Summary:
- Process vendor costs into jobs for select group of clients
- Run billing drafts monthly and review for open POs and unapproved estimates
- Work directly with Account Service and Media Planners concerning billing approvals, client requests, and additional information needed by clients or management
- Request, review, and mail live bills to clients
- Monitor WIP and media “agency summary” to ensure all billing is processed in a timely manner
- Attend and participate in month end billing meetings
- Maintain job billing files, including signed estimates, for own clients
- Monitor receivable agings, prepare statements, and communicate with clients’ accounting departments regarding past due invoices
- Run time reports, as needed, for certain clients
- Become familiar with DDS production and billing systems in order to research and/or resolve questions as they arise
Qualifications:
- Preferable 1-2 years experience with client billing
- Degree (or working toward degree) in Accounting or Business preferred
- Preferable Donovan Data Systems and/or Advertising industry experience
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel a MUST
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, and Windows file folders navigation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Individual with a professional attitude and pleasant manner able to work in an open environment
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasker who can perform self-review of work
- Team player willing to help out with other clients/responsibilities, if/when needed, to achieve department deadlines and objectives
