Got done today. Learned some good things, met some cool people, watched a person go down on a figure eight move, GLAD I went! I am going to go downtown tomorrow and take the test. Anything to look over? The instructor told me that since I had no problem with theirs, the state's isnt that different. I will be paying off the truck at the end of next month and then I am in the market for a bike... might sell the car to get a bike I can rely on, we'll see.

Congrats on completing the class Joel. Missed you at your brother's birthday party the other night, he said you took off early. Anyway, the written test isn't that hard at all. I actually took it at Wynwood during the week and was in and out in probably 30 minutes or so. Not sure if you can take it downtown or not.

Anyway, someone correct me on this if I'm wrong but when I took the test I skipped the ones I wasn't sure on and after a certain period it stopped the test after I completed enough questions correctly. You might try that just to pad your score a little or you might ask someone there that way you are not guessing on questions your not sure.

Which car are you talking about selling? Don't tell me the mustang

The state test isn't different, it's just tricky. Some answers I think they have all wrong.

Like backing out of a parking spot - what do you do if a car is coming towards you. I said stop...... The state said to keep going until the car sees you. By then it might be too late.

Good luck to ya!

the one in Wynwood got shut down.. I have to go downtown or to Carrollton.. It Sucks! I have heard about skipping around on the questions but I will ask tomorrow. yea, the Mustang... it just sits in the garage and I take it out every now and then. I really have no time for it and after I get a bike, i KNOW it will sit for awhile. My fiance's father has two BMWs and said that he would let me ride his on/off road bike. I think its a R1150GS. Bike bike with the HUGE 2 clyinder that has two huge heads poking out...

I took the test on paper 2 days ago in Rockwall, and yes some of the stuff on the test was never gone over in the msf class. They say you can only miss 4 and pass, but I missed 6 and passed, and a friend missed 8 and still passed. It's tricky.

WELL, I have my M license now... :D It is 20 questions, multiple choice and they said you can miss up to 6. I had to go to 190/Old Denton. You have to finish the whole thing. Its 15.00.. CAKE WALK!

SO, now all I need is a bike, LOL!

I am about to go ride a ZZR1200 that a guy here at work is letting me ride.

Congrats on getting the class M! But be careful on that bike, that's no joke! It's basically a ZX12R with a little more "touring" in it. Just think to youself that it's got the power of a Hayabusa before you give it too much gas....

Perfect day for it too. Definitely take it easy, that a fairly bulky bike, and with plenty of power to get ya in trouble.
