one of my friends just installed a micron slip-on on his 06 ninja 636r... it eliminated a pulley system running from the pipe to underneath the seat( not really sure what its called or what it does)... there is a part that goes under the seat to replace it but the FI light comes on and doesnt go off... so is there a special way to install the exhaust?

hmm.....i always thought you had to have that pulley system on there...it controls a flap inside the stock exhaust to open and close at certain rpms to maxamize the power output....maybe you gotta reset the computer...un hook the battery for 15 minutes and maybe it will flash itself and allow that part to be hooked up and take it..i dunno
y dont you call the manufactuer of the pipe you bought..ask them what to do

most manu's have a piece that you install on the servo. you can buy them from m4 if you need one.
