Primary Responsibilities:
Perform remote desktop support, remote troubleshooting and also hardware and software installation
Experience Required:
3-4 years of experience with comprehensive knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, network operating, systems and LAN/WAN. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all levels of employees. Certification in current operating system, (MCP). A+ certification, ability to obtain Dell and Toshiba certification.
Microsoft Office 2002 software suite...emphasis in both Excel and Outlook. Receive, analyze, monitor & resolve network problems in a timely fashion with minimal guidance from more senior technicians or Supervisor.
Education: High school or equiv. plus 2 years formal electronics training or equiv knowledge through experience. Bachelor degree in related field preferred. Minimum 2 yrs related telecommunications experience or 1 yr as NOS with satisfactory or better performance or Associates' degree in related field plus 2 yrs industry experience.
