ANyone know ALOT about Gixxers? (750)

Does anyone know if an '05 GSXR 750 chain would fit on an '01 750?
Also, were the frames for 600s and 750's the same size?

that doesnt sound right...

maybe 00-03 750 and 01-03 600s are the same

well I called the dealer and they say the '05 chain will work on the '01 so that was my main concern.... the bike i have is a 750 but built on a 600 frame so i didnt know if chain length was an issue when buying a new chain.

there was a chain on ebay for .99 plus 10 buck shipping so I couldnt pass that up. it was off an 05 with 2000 miles and i need a new chain for my beater bike ('01 gsxr750)
not parting out...yet! :D
