I have an extra bike I can take off and put it on the new one. But would like to repair the old one if possible. Looks like the Masterlink came undone and damaged 2 links (one on each side of the master) Can you add links to an existing chain?

motorcycle chain? i *think* you can use a chain breaker to get the old ones out.. not sure about attaching new ones, depends on if they're rivet or not i guess?

Yes go your local bike shop and get a chain breaker. They cost $4

If it's for a small bike, like a mini or whatever, a new chain is pretty cheap - might be less than the aggravation of trying to patch it back together.

Looks like a 50.00 plus chain to me. Its on the blue motorcycle in my other thread in this forum about 3/4 way down the page. Pretty much what comes standard on most 50'-110's

I bought a chain at Northern tools for under $15 You can also get one online probably a 40 or 41, I think that's what mine is, I have the same bike.

I guess these things are metric..........right?
If I can verify the chain size, Northern Tool may be the route I take. Thanks :)
